If you follow “The News From 7 Rivers” you’ll be familiar with the story of Entabeni Baptist Church. We started meeting in January of 2011 and we have a monthly service, which is on the last Sunday of the month. There are quite a few people who just aren’t happy with a monthly service. They want more! So much so that it was Angel who opened up her house on a Sunday morning just to have an impromptu home church. The response was great and a great need was met. We do have a plan to meet weekly, but we need help. We have one man in particular that we’d like to hire. This is a great project for a home group to adopt. Contact us if interested.

Africans in Switzerland
After six years serving here in South Africa, we have been blessed with the opportunity of attending a Missionary conference in Switzerland. Breathe is a 10-day retreat intentionally created for the renewal and encouragement of families who serve in cross-cultural settings all over the world. Breathe is lead by Dr. Daniel and Lori Hahn of Catalyst International, an organization dedicated to supporting Christian leaders in highly challenging global environments. They cater for the children, too, with specific emphasis on ministering to third culture kids. We are very excited for this opportunity for refreshment, spiritually, emotionally and physically and look forward to returning home to begin a new chapter in this wonderful ministry that God has called us to.
