John JereJust a quick note of thanks to you for your prayers and support. Thanks for being sensitive and compassionate and for your help to fix a new water pump. Thanks to Steve Evers and all ITMI partners for your prayers and support. We have built a small house and put in strong steel to protect the water pump. One side of it, there will be a care taker, to make sure that we provide extra security for the water pump. There is now life at the mission again!
Joyce Jere is thankful to God and to our ITMI team under the leadership of Steve Evers who was moved to quickly come to our aid. Thanks to all our ITMI partners who prayed for us and sacrificially contributed to our water pump. Joyce is now happy, no more drawing water on her head. No more walking long distances to draw water for the vegetables and home consumption. No more drawing water for the bathrooms. I am equally thankful to Steve Evers, ITMI team and all our ITMI partners. Thank you for your help.
The vegetables have been revived by the provision of the new water pump and now we are able to water the vegetables. We are now selling the vegetables you see below. We have managed to pay school fees for Catherine Mumba and Sele Kazadi, from the proceeds of our vegetables.
