Why I Let My Daughter Chat With A Human Trafficker
I watched as my five-year-old innocently chatted with an older man that could only be described as creepy – to anyone but a five-year-old. It was a peaceful afternoon. We were at the market. The colorful produce of Africa surrounded us. The sun glinted off her hair, immortalizing the moment and her childlike beauty. She happily chatted with him. I don’t remember what she was talking about because inside my head, a voice was screaming, “NO!!!”

Beautiful Feet
“Good news!” was all the young boy could manage between breaths. The women, most balancing heavy jugs of water on their heads while carrying one in each hand, kept walking toward their village just a few steps ahead. They moved only their eyes toward the boy, who again heralded breathlessly, “Good news!”
