How Gospel Joy Reaches and Disciples Poles The Gospel Joy Workshops and Evangelism ministry is set up like a funnel. Gospel Joy Funnel
- Gospel Joy Workshops and Choir. At the top of the funnel is Gospel Joy Workshops and Choir. Thousands hear about personal relationship with Christ through them.
- Word Zones. For those who participated in the events and are interested in learning more about Christ there are three church plants (Word Zones) as follow up.
- Mini-groups.Third, there are what we call mini-groups. These are 3 person groups which add 1 person each 6 months and at the end of this time frame they multiply to two new groups.
- Discipleship Groups. At the bottom of the funnel there are 4-person Life-on-Life Missional Discipleship groups, focused on bringing people to spiritual maturity and leadership.
The Top of the Funnel
There are three main ways we “open” the funnel to reach people.
1. Gospel Music Workshops
Through God’s grace we were able to lead 12 workshops this year. Last one was two weekends ago in Poznan. It’s like Gospel Joy’s annual summit with 300 adults and 100 kids as participants.
Here’s a comment from one of the participants:
These were my first gospel music workshops, and I’m sure they were not last ones. I didn’t expect so many people being filled with faith, prayer and talent. Spending time with them gave me so much, that one week after the workshops I still feel like jumping, singing, praying. Everything for the glory of God. Super nice people, professional instructors, whom you just want to hug, out of thankfulness. Awesome, unforgetable emotions. I recommend the workshops to everyone!

2. Gospel Joy Choir Concerts
Gospel Joy has performed 12 times this year and will perform 12 times in december only!
God has allowed us to participate in Poland’s Got Talent, where we reached semi-finals. We were able to proclaim Jesus name on prime time Live television. An estimated 4.7 million people saw this. We’re thankful to God for this experience and happy we were able to bring faith in Jesus to such commercialized program.
We are supposed to go out to the world, right? Not just sit in our churches and wait for people to come to us….

3. Kids Gospel Choirs
My sister, Baca, has been leading 4 kids gospel choirs (two are new, started this years). Altogether there are 73 kids and around 50 adults who meet at gospel music rehearsals each week.
One entire family came to Christ, as they have met other believers at the kids choir rehearsal. They started talking and now they all serve Christ and found their home in our 5N Church. Praise be to God!
Word Zone Follows Up: The Bottom of the Funnel
Some of the Word Zones’ members, who also participated as volunteers at the workshops, giving invitations to Word Zone meetings.
At the Poznan gospel music workshops we were promoting the three Word Zones. Fifty-three people let us know they wanted to be part of the church plants! We’re praying now they will indeed join and start growing and bearing fruit.
