Steve Evers preaching at the Sunday church service planted by Muhindo Kawede in Kauga Prison, where he has been reaching inmates with Bible courses.
“There was such a lack of tension and a lack of angst there… We later found out that so many of them have gotten saved through Kawede’s ministry and have been, and are being discipled, that it’s just revolutionized the flavor inside this prison.” - Steve
The portable sound system provided by one of Kawede’s supporters, delivered by Steve and Kent is shown in the bottom right corner!
Through our Christmas Giving Catalog, donors provided audio Bibles for prisoners and for these International School of Missions students in their own language!
Those who provided funds to send Steve and Kent to Uganda made this delivery possible.

Supporters helped Vicky provide a livable home for 5 orphaned girls, and now one boy. Vicky’s house doesn’t have electricity, so Steve and Kent brought solar powered lights.
