This is a window into which reports ITMI has received from you. When we receive a report, the ITMI staff places a checkmark in the box associated with that report. The due date of the report is stated directly above the checkmark. A checked box means ITMI has recorded receiving that report from you.
The fourth column, titled "Current" will be checked if ITMI has received all reports from you that are due prior to today's date. If the box is checked, that means you are "current" on reports and eligible to receive that month's distribution of funds.
The last column, titled "Extension Granted" will be checked if you contacted our staff to let us know you had a reason you couldn't meet the due date and provided a date by which you would turn in the due report. If the staff grants the extension, you will also be marked current so that you are eligible for that month's distribution. Once that distribution has gone out, the check mark will be removed from the "Current" column until the report is received.
ITMI maintains this page as a courtesy to our partners and to promote communication between our partners and staff. Please keep in mind this page may contain errors, though we will do our best to keep it as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
Please allow 2-3 days once you've sent your report to [email protected] for this page to be updated. When you send a report to [email protected] you should receive an automated confirmation via email. If you do not receive that immediately, please contact our staff to verify receipt. Our staff manually processes reports and then updates this page every 2-3 days.
As an ITMI partner, it is your responsibility to keep up on your status with reports and contact our office with any questions or issues that arise.
