Uganda

During this season of giving, we asked ITMI partners to give you their heartfelt answers to several questions. These are from Muhindo and Lillian Kawede. May their answers bless and encourage you!
The thing I'm most thankful for this year is…
I am most thankful this year to the Lord for the trials of my wife’s illness.
God has granted to me joy and peace to accept that everything works together for good for those who love God and for those who were called for His own purpose (Romans 8:28) both for my family and the International School of Missions.(ISM)
The ways I’ve grown this past year are...
The Lord has taught me that this life is short, we can die anytime, therefore there is urgency to disciple leaders with God’s vision to reach Africa.
Kawede is the founder and Director of the International School of Missions, where pastors and leaders can be equipped to lead God's people.
Islam is advancing in Africa and there is great fear to take the Gospel to Muslims countries in Africa.
I highly thank our supporters who gave graciously from the little they have to facilitate us to train leaders at ISM and reach out to Muslims in Uganda.
May the Lord increase and bless those who prayed and sent their financial support.
What is one way your ITMI supporters directly made an impact for God's Kingdom this year?
Our supporters made a direct impact to International School of Missions and the community near the campus by providing running water.
We were drinking human and animal waste. Many people were dying of typhoid, but now because of the clean water, the students and the community are healthy.
The water project has enabled us to reach out to the Muslim community and doctors who come to fetch water.
The new source of clean water at ISM!
