Poznan International Church (PIC) pastored by ITMI's Richard and Brooke Nungesser in Poland is an English speaking church reaching internationals in Poznan, Poland. Poznan attracts lots of Internationals for school and business.

Because Internationals often return home or move on, the church has a high turn-over rate. But the Nungessers view PIC as a discipleship program that sends missionaries all over the world!
They disciple the church to Come. Grow. Serve. Go!
Internationals come because they are reached and welcomed into the community, where they are surrounded by opportunities for God's Word to grow them. The Nungessers work hard to create a culture where there are many opportunities to serve. When they go back home or to their next home, they are equipped to live what they've learned from their time in Poznan and as they invite others to serve with them, the whole discipleship process begins again!
 
Recently, when they gather to be equipped each Sunday, they've been learning together about living intentionally for Him. After she was prompted by Brooke, Sowmya got intentional about using her passion for Jesus.
