When Grzegorz (name changed for his protection) arrived at the Gospel Joy Workshop in Grudziadz, Poland that Friday evening at the end of 2015, he didn't think he would leave a different person. Who knew he would leave wanting to read the New Testament so hungrily that he'd get through half of it in 2 days?!
He sure didn't. His friends and family probably didn't either.
But God definitely did. He, of course, has been bringing this all together for some time, now, working in ways we can and can't see to bring the gospel to Grudziadz, Poland and to Grzegorz.

Many years ago, He moved ITMI's Piotr Zaremba to translate the Bible directly from Hebrew to Polish, bringing into existence the only modern translation in Polish that includes the salvation sola fide (by faith alone) doctrine and uses all of the known manuscripts. It was this Polish New Testament that Grzegorz was given when he left the workshop.
Our Polish Bible Translation project made it possible for people like Grzegorz to read a modern translation that draws from all available manuscripts.
God has also been working and growing Gospel Joy Workshops and Evangelism for years now, growing leaders through the ministry of faithful disciples like Andrew and Ania Gorski. Thanks to their work and your support, many in Poland have been reached with the Gospel. And thanks to their work, vision, faithful discipling and training of leaders, there were leaders equipped and ready to launch a follow up group in Grudziadz!
Gospel Joy Workshops are weekend events offered for people to learn to sing Gospel Music.
It was this group Grzegorz came to the Monday following the workshop having read half the New Testament in just 2 days. He was joined a the group by members from an entire 15-person choir that also prayed to surrender to Jesus on the same evening he did.
All together, Andrew reports about 30 people began a relationship with Jesus during the Gospel Joy Workshop!
Thanks for your support in reaching people all over Poland with the good news!
