How I Meet the Challenges of Missionary Travel
After six of the last eight plus weeks being either in southern Africa or in Eastern Europe, my body’s internal clock has pretty much gone haywire. For the whole week that I have been home my body has insisted on transitioning from deep sleep to wide awake at anywhere from 2:15 am to 3:35 am. Driving to the ITMI office at our normal starting time mentally feels like I’m arriving in the mid-afternoon, due to my work day starting 5-6 hours before.
Poland to the World
This article was originally published in the February 2013 edition of ITMI Monthly. It had taken him years of studying and hard work, an international move from America to Poznan, Poland and many sacrifices, but he was finally about to taste the reward. Bruno was in his last weeks of medical school at Poznan University in […]

Translating the Bible for Revival
Beloved,
Just three short notes.
1. Today is October 14, 2012. I keep translating one chapter a day, although I had to get back to my disciple-making, preaching and teaching routines.

Between Pizza and Cake: Baptism?
September 10, 2012 Beloved, Well, I wonder where is it? Certainly not here, in the part of the globe presently called Poland. Behind each and every person standing so expectantly in wait for their immersion yesterday, on Sunday, September 9th, 2012, there is a battle won and there are struggles still to […]
A Translator’s Perspective on the Book of Job
Beloved, Forty eight minutes ago, at 16:30 Warsaw, Poland, time, I finished translating the Book of Ezekiel. And I immediately rushed to say thank you to our Lord, and to you, my Prayer Warriors. Thank you for partnering with me. Together we give the Word of God to the nation that never had a translation […]
Anna Gorski’s Testimony: A street child full of pain finds joy.
“I come from a broken family. My parents- father addicted to alcohol and handicapped mother struggling with depression- couldn’t give me the love, care and safety I needed as a child. I wasn’t aware of the destruction that was going on in me- I was emotionally damaged, spiritually dead and physically suffering from epilepsy.
Nailed to My Desk, Consumed by Desire
February 24, 2012 Beloved, Greetings from Israel of 8th century before Christ. Well, in my body I am still in Poland, all preoccupied with interacting with the Book of Isaiah. At the moment I am translating Isaiah 51. I am not in the States, as I usually am at this time of a year. Sorry. […]
